Consumer Contracts Regulations As from the 13th April 2014 we adhere to the new Consumer Contracts Regulations which implement the Consumer Rights Directive in UK law -  and apply to all purchases you make at a distance, which replaces The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (SI 2000 No. 2334).
