STOCK LEVELS

Our products are offered subject to availability. In the case of an order only being able to be part filled the items ‘OUT OF STOCK’ will not be charged for. PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.

POSTAGE and PACKING

Your goods will usually be dispatched within 7 days of ordering. However, please allow up to 14 days for delivery. In the event of a delay you will be notified by email.
Please note; we reserve the right to refuse any order. Orders may be subject to further credit card checks following initial authorisation. If necessary we will contact you to discuss delivery options in order to fulfil the order.

RETURNS POLICY

We guarantee all of our products to be free of defects for 28 days. ARMY SURPLUS GRADE 1 & 2 WILL NOT BE GUARANTEED. If you receive a defective product, please email us to arrange an exchange or refund. We
Aim to replace any defective items with replacements. If this is not possible we shall refund you immediately.  Exchanged items will only be sent after we have received the defective items back from you in its original packaging at your own cost. Please consult our contact details for the return address.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF ORDERS

We will acknowledge all orders by email.

CLOTHING & FOOTWEAR CONDITION

GRADE 1: This is used clothing and footwear-Good condition, Strong colour no rips or tears.
GRADE 2: This is used clothing and footwear-Good condition, faded colour; more visible signs of use. May have some repairs to them or small rips or tears
The price reflects the condition.
RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED ON THESE ITEMS.
